Bone Brothin’ and Ice-Packin’

I haven’t had a taste for much food (and no, it ain’t the Wegovy). But to keep my strength, I have been drinking bone broth. And it has been curing more than my soul. I added a little Himalayan salt for good measure and hydration.

I am Long Covid PMSing this week so my throat is sore, body achy, eyes dry, face is blotchy, and my breasts feel like two cinderblocks fighting under this nightshirt. I’m peeing every hour on the hour. I’ve never wanted to get rid of my uterus and the hormones attached to it so fast.
